Preparation: Preparation of paper documents for scanning. This includes repairing torn documents, removing staples and paper clips and taping documents to 8 ½ x 11 paper if necessary. Inserting separator sheets or barcode sheets as required. PDC handles these labor intensive tasks for several clients.

Batching: Through this service, PDC ensures that all the paper documents provided by clients are batched and sorted in the required manner and can be tracked along the process road.

Data analysis: PDC offers review of data to determine relevancy, responsiveness, and privilege.
